Overnight Pizza
Start with the SUPER FAST pizza recipe. Then graduate to the overnight recipe here. Not a ton harder than the first, requires a little planning, but the taste and texture are second to none. Better than Frank Pepe's (my previous gold standard)

Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour 500g (bread flour is best)
- 1/ 1/3 cup water 375g
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Kneed lightly. Allow to sit in cool environment overnight (e.g., refrigerator).
- Bring up to room temperature 2-4 hours before you want to make the pizza. Pizza making covered in next episode.
