Ingredients

  • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 Cups oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Fluff see previous episode

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in the center.
  • Add wet ingredients to the hole, starting with the water. Mix everything throughly but do not over mix.
  • Place mixture in the oven for 60 minutes or more.
  • Scoop round balls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from baking tray immediately when they come out of the oven. Cook on a rack. Do not frost until cool.
  • Scoop fluff onto whoopie pie bottom. Cover with another “cookie” Enjoy!
