4Cupsof VinegarI use 5% White Vinegar but you can. use any vinegar you like
4Cupsof Water
1Cupof Sugar
4Tablespoonsof salt
Spices to taste
Instructions
Bring brine ingredients to a boil. Stir until salt and sugar incorporated (no crystals left). Pour liquid over veggies. Be careful if the liquid is hot. Store in refrigerator. These will start tasting good in a few days and can last several weeks or longer.
