of baking soda

of salt

Eggs

of buttermilk

teaspoon
of sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Heat skillet on stovetop
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Combine but don't overmix
Melt butter in skillet
Add batter to skillet
Allow to sizzle for a minute on the stovetop then put in the oven.
Bake until the center is just done (see video)
