I pull a stunt here. I order pizza delivery. Then I start to make my own dough. Which pizza is ready to eat first? Homemade or delivery?

Ingredients
500gWhite Flour3 cups
400ghot110°F, sort of hot to touch but doesn't burn you water (1.5 cups)
1TablespoonsOlive Oil
2Tablespoonsof yeast
1teaspoonsof salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450°F or 500°F (highest your oven can handle)
Combine ingredients and mix dough for 60 seconds or so. -- you're 3 minutes in
Let it sit in hot space (e.g., top of oven). It takes about 20 minutes to get fluffy -- you're 23 minutes in
Divide dough into balls. I make 10 inch pizzas, about 200 grams each (meaning you get about 4 out of this dough). Let them sit for 5 minutes. -- you're 28 minutes in at this point.
Shape pizzas one at a time. Add favorite toppings. Put in oven. -- you're 30 minutes in at this point
Take pizzas out of oven just before they are overcooked. -- you're about 40 minutes in at this point
Dominos used to promise 30 minutes or under or your money back. Then they were sued. So I think in 2020 you're probably pretty safe that you'll take your first bite of pizza faster than a delivery can show up!
