Ingredients
3cupssoft wheat fresh wheat flouror AP
1cupAP flour
1teaspoonsalt
1 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
2Cupsbuttermilk
1Cupraisins
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients. Kneed briefly. Shape into round. Cross the top with the back of a knife. Place in oven on a sheet pan. Reduce temperature to 400°F. Bake for 15-25 minutes.
