Ingredients
3Egg Whites
1/2teaspooncream of tarter
2Tablespoonswhite granulated sugar
1/3cupwater
3/4cuphoney
2/3cupwhite granulated sugar
Instructions
Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form.
Add water honey and sugar to a pot. Heat until candy thermometer reads 248°F
Remove sugar honey mixture from stove and pour slowly into stand mixer until while mixer is on medium high speed. Continue to mix for 5 minutes after adding all of the sugar mixture. Voila! Fluff! Can also be used for frosting.
