Ingredients
500gstarter
2cupsflourfresh wheat or white (240g)
2eggs
4Tablespoonsof sugar
1/2teaspoonsalt
2Tablespoonsof oil
1teaspoonbaking soda
2cupsmilk260g, reserve last 1/2 cup of milk and only add if necessary
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of milk. Mix thoroughly. Add milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Oil griddle or pan and make pancakes. Enjoy!
