Ingredients
- Masa Harina
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Follow instructions in video to achieve correct consistency
- Cook tortilla briefly (~1-2 minutes) on hot dry griddle
- Flip. Cook for ~1-2 minute on 2nd side
- Then hold in foil or a basket
