Ingredients

  • 4-6 Each Dried peppers
  • 1/2 Each Medium onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • Vinegar to taste I used cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Place peppers and onion in a pot and cover with water. Bring water to a hard boil and boil for 15-20 minutes.
  • Transfer liquid and peppers and onion to blender. Puree to desired texture. Add water if too thick. Add brown and blend. Add salt and vinegar to taste.
