Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chickpeas cooked, ok to use canned
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender, blend for 3-4 minutes on high. Serve with pita or carrot sticks or in many other ways.
