  • 4 Cups of Vinegar I use 5% White Vinegar but you can. use any vinegar you like
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of salt
  • Spices to taste


  • Bring brine ingredients to a boil. Stir until salt and sugar incorporated (no crystals left). Pour liquid over veggies. Be careful if the liquid is hot. Store in refrigerator. These will start tasting good in a few days and can last several weeks or longer.
