Quick Pickled Vegetables
Grab your favorite veggies (always buy from local farmers!) This is a quick pickle recipe that's amazingly delicious.
- 4 Cups of Vinegar I use 5% White Vinegar but you can. use any vinegar you like
- 4 Cups of Water
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons of salt
- Spices to taste
- Bring brine ingredients to a boil. Stir until salt and sugar incorporated (no crystals left). Pour liquid over veggies. Be careful if the liquid is hot. Store in refrigerator. These will start tasting good in a few days and can last several weeks or longer.
