Homemade Honey Fluff

Equipment

  • Pot or pan
  • Stand mixer (or hand mixer and a bowl)

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form.
  • Add water honey and sugar to a pot. Heat until candy thermometer reads 248°F
  • Remove sugar honey mixture from stove and pour slowly into stand mixer until while mixer is on medium high speed. Continue to mix for 5 minutes after adding all of the sugar mixture. Voila! Fluff! Can also be used for frosting.
