Homemade Honey Fluff
Clementine invented this fluff. And I've never had any more delicious!

Equipment
- Pot or pan
- Stand mixer (or hand mixer and a bowl)
Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
Instructions
- Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form.
- Add water honey and sugar to a pot. Heat until candy thermometer reads 248°F
- Remove sugar honey mixture from stove and pour slowly into stand mixer until while mixer is on medium high speed. Continue to mix for 5 minutes after adding all of the sugar mixture. Voila! Fluff! Can also be used for frosting.
