Equipment

  • Griddle or pan to cook pancakes
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 500 g starter
  • 2 cups flour fresh wheat or white (240g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups milk 260g, reserve last 1/2 cup of milk and only add if necessary

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of milk. Mix thoroughly. Add milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Oil griddle or pan and make pancakes. Enjoy!
